Bev Wolfe is a Registered Social Worker with 19 years of clinical experience supporting individuals through trauma, intergenerational trauma, addictions, self-esteem concerns, family conflict, legal involvement, and experiences of violence. She completed her Master of Social Work at the University of Regina and has been in private practice since 2007.
Bev is deeply committed to creating a safe, respectful space where clients feel heard and understood. She brings a calm, attentive presence to her work and believes that the people she walks alongside are the true experts in their own lives. Therapy with Bev is collaborative and grounded in honouring each person’s voice, strengths, and lived experience.
Her approach is integrative and trauma-informed, drawing on Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT), Rational Emotive Behaviour Therapy (REBT), mindfulness-based practices, narrative therapy, and somatic interventions. Bev has extensive training in eye-movement–based therapies, which she has found particularly effective for working with persistent and distressing memories. These include EMDR, FLASH, Multichannel Eye Movement Intervention (MEMI), Integrated Eye Movement Therapy (IEMT), and 4-Blink FLASH.
Bev works with the whole person, supporting clients in moving toward greater clarity, resilience, and a life that feels more grounded and self-directed.
