Dr. Delparte is a Registered Doctoral Psychologist, who completed her Ph.D. in Clinical Psychology from the University of Regina in 2016. She is registered with the Saskatchewan College of Psychologists and is a member of both the Canadian Psychological Association (CPA) and the Psychological Association of Saskatchewan (PAS).
Dr. Delparte has worked in private practice since 2016. During this time, her work has focused on conducting both psychological assessments and evidence-based psychological interventions for various mental health concerns. In particular, she has worked with populations across the lifespan (child, adolescent, and adult), as well as culturally diverse populations. Currently, Dr. Delparte has narrowed the focus of her practice to the provision of adult psychology services. In particular, her current practice focuses on the assessment and treatment of adults presenting with posttraumatic stress disorder (PTSD and trauma related disorders), and obsessive compulsive disorder (OCD). She has completed training in Prolonged Exposure for PTSD (PE), Cognitive Processing Therapy for PTSD (CPT), Exposure and Response Prevention for OCD (ERP), and Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), which is effective for a variety of mental health disorders. She also utilizes Dialectical Behaviour Therapy skills training (DBT-ST), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and mindfulness in her practice.

Chelsea Walker is a dedicated and highly experienced Registered Social Worker (RSW) and therapist, bringing years of mental-health experience to our team. She is committed to creating an engaging, welcoming, and collaborative therapy space where clients feel empowered to share their stories and pursue meaningful change. Chelsea believes every person is the expert in their own life and approaches all clients as innately worthy and capable.
Chelsea works with children, teens, young adults, adults, and parents/families. Her approach is highly personalized, beginning with a clear understanding of each client’s story and goals, and she collaborates with clients to develop tailored therapeutic plans that support meaningful growth and well-being. She draws from evidence-based modalities including Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT), and Mindfulness-based techniques.
Working with Families & Minors
Chelsea has extensive experience supporting teens and families. Sessions for adolescents may occur individually or in combination with family work, depending on what is most supportive. She also works closely with parents and the broader family unit, offering a blend of individual and family counselling to ensure needs are understood and goals are aligned.

Neurodivergence & ADHD: Chelsea provides therapeutic support for individuals of all genders and ages experiencing symptoms of, or diagnosed with, ADHD. While she does not offer diagnostic assessments, she supports clients through personalized planning, resources, tools, and strategies to help them navigate daily life. Her holistic approach recognizes that ADHD presents differently for everyone.
Trauma & Trauma-Related Disorders: She has deep experience supporting individuals living with Trauma-Related Disorders and Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD), grounding her work in a trauma-informed lens.
Perinatal Mental Health: Chelsea is a passionate advocate for perinatal well-being, supporting individuals through the pre- and post-partum period and addressing the unique mental health needs that arise during this transition.
Mood & Stress-Related Concerns: She offers therapy for individuals experiencing anxiety and depression-related disorders.

Bev Wolfe is a Registered Social Worker with 19 years of clinical experience supporting individuals through trauma, intergenerational trauma, addictions, self-esteem concerns, family conflict, legal involvement, and experiences of violence. She completed her Master of Social Work at the University of Regina and has been in private practice since 2007.
Bev is deeply committed to creating a safe, respectful space where clients feel heard and understood. She brings a calm, attentive presence to her work and believes that the people she walks alongside are the true experts in their own lives. Therapy with Bev is collaborative and grounded in honouring each person’s voice, strengths, and lived experience.
Her approach is integrative and trauma-informed, drawing on Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT), Rational Emotive Behaviour Therapy (REBT), mindfulness-based practices, narrative therapy, and somatic interventions. Bev has extensive training in eye-movement–based therapies, which she has found particularly effective for working with persistent and distressing memories. These include EMDR, FLASH, Multichannel Eye Movement Intervention (MEMI), Integrated Eye Movement Therapy (IEMT), and 4-Blink FLASH.
Bev works with the whole person, supporting clients in moving toward greater clarity, resilience, and a life that feels more grounded and self-directed.
