Dr. Delparte is a Registered Doctoral Psychologist, who completed her Ph.D. in Clinical Psychology from the University of Regina in 2016. She is registered with the Saskatchewan College of Psychologists and is a member of both the Canadian Psychological Association (CPA) and the Psychological Association of Saskatchewan (PAS).

Dr. Delparte has worked in private practice since 2016, having previously worked within the public sector as a provisional psychologist from 2014-2016. During this time, her work has focused on conducting both psychological assessments and evidence-based psychological interventions for various mental health concerns. In particular, she has worked with populations across the lifespan (child, adolescent, and adult), as well as culturally diverse populations. Currently, Dr. Delparte has narrowed the focus of her practice to the provision of adult psychology services. In particular, her current practice focuses on the assessment and treatment for adults presenting with posttraumatic stress disorder (PTSD and trauma related disorders), anxiety related disorders, depression, obsessive compulsive disorder, and eating disorders. She has completed training in Prolonged Exposure for PTSD (PE), Cognitive Processing Therapy for PTSD (CPT), and Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), which is effective for a variety of disorders, including depression and anxiety related disorders. She also utilizes Dialectical Behaviour Therapy skills training (DBT-ST), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and mindfulness in her practice.

Dr. Faller is a Registered Doctoral Psychologist who received her Ph.D. in Clinical Psychology from the University of Regina in 2021. During her clinical training her research focused primarily on mental health concerns within the workplace. From 2020-2021, Dr. Faller completed a pre-doctoral residency with Northern Ontario Internship Consortium in Sioux Lookout, Ontario. During her residency, Dr. Faller worked with Indigenous peoples from remote communities in Northern Ontario. Dr. Faller is currently registered with the Saskatchewan College of Psychologists and is a member of the Canadian Psychological Association (CPA). Dr. Faller’s current practice is focused on the assessment and treatment of posttraumatic stress disorder (PTSD) and trauma related disorders and helping individuals cope with vocational stress. She also provides differential assessments and assessments for Adult Attention Deficit-Hyperactivity Disorder.

Dr. Faller will work with you to identify and develop a treatment plan that best supports your unique needs. She has received training in a variety of evidence-based psychological interventions including eye movement desensitization and reprocessing (EMDR), cognitive processing therapy for PTSD (CPT), mindful self-compassion, cognitive behavioural therapy (CBT), and acceptance and commitment therapy (ACT). When it is appropriate, she will also work with Indigenous Elders and Knowledge Keepers in the Regina area to incorporate Indigenous ways of knowing within the treatment and assessment process.

Dr. Mason is a Registered Doctoral Psychologist who received her Ph.D. in Clinical Psychology from the University of Regina in 2021. From 2020-2021, Dr. Mason completed a pre-doctoral residency in Clinical Health Psychology at the University of Manitoba in the Max Rady College of Medicine. Dr. Mason is currently registered with the Saskatchewan College of Psychologists and is a member of the Canadian Psychological Association (CPA). Dr. Mason’s current practice is focused on the assessment and treatment of posttraumatic stress disorder (PTSD) and trauma related disorders, anxiety-related disorders, obsessive compulsive disorder, perinatal mental health, depressive disorders, and health and rehabilitation psychology. She exclusively works with adults.

Dr. Mason takes an integrative approach in her work with clients and will collaboratively work with you to identify the type(s) of psychological interventions best suited to your own unique concerns and experiences. She is trained in a variety of evidence-based psychological interventions including prolonged exposure for PTSD (PE), cognitive processing therapy for PTSD (CPT), exposure therapy, exposure and response prevention (ERP), cognitive therapy (CT), cognitive behavioural therapy (CBT), behavioural activation, acceptance and commitment therapy (ACT), solution-focused therapy, and interpersonal therapy. Dr. Mason also draws on self-compassion related techniques in her practice as indicated.

Dr. Mason also enjoys helping adults overcome psychological barriers (e.g., anxiety about exercise, motivation) to physical activity. She is passionate about exercise and athletics and has previously worked as a certified personal trainer and yoga instructor. Dr. Mason has conducted a variety of research looking at the benefits of physical activity for mental health (see publication list). Interested clients can request that physical activity barriers are targeted in their therapy plan.

Michelle Paluszek

Michelle Paluszek is a Ph.D. student in Clinical Psychology at the University of Regina. Michelle completed her M.A. Clinical Psychology internship at the Psychological Service Centre in Winnipeg, Manitoba. During her internship, Michelle gained valuable experience providing primarily psychodynamic psychotherapy, and conducting psychodiagnostic assessments with adults. Over the course of her Ph.D. thus far, she has completed additional practica at the outpatient Anxiety Disorders Clinic at St. Boniface Hospital in Winnipeg, University of Regina Psychology Training Clinic in Regina, and the Functional Rehabilitation Clinic and Adult Program at Wascana Rehabilitation in Regina. Michelle has worked with adults with a broad range of presenting problems, including generalized anxiety, major depression, trauma, perinatal anxiety, social anxiety, health anxiety, and difficulties managing chronic illness. Michelle has primarily drawn from acceptance and commitment therapy and cognitive-behavioural therapy in her therapeutic work. She begins her 8-month practicum with QueensBridge Psychology Services in May 2023 under the supervision of Dr. Chelsea Delparte, Ph.D., R. D. Psych..

Bethany Sander

Ph.D., Practicum Student

Currently accepting new clients to start September 1, 2023

Bethany Sander is currently completing her Ph.D. in clinical psychology at the University of Regina. Bethany received previous clinical training during her master’s degree at the University of Regina’s Psychology Training Clinic, where she led Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT) skills training group sessions, conducted individual therapy using DBT and cognitive-behavioural approaches, and assisted with assessments for referrals related to a variety of mental health concerns. Her research focuses on the effect of hormones on mental health during reproductive transitions, especially during the menopause transition. Bethany will be completing an 8-month practicum at QueensBridge Psychology Services starting in the fall of 2023 under the supervision of Dr. Chelsea Delparte, Ph.D., R. D. Psych.
